An Amazing Day...

Our week end started off, on Saturday, with a couple of pretty terrific ball games, and inbetween games, a tour of Mike and Mary's new home. Sunday (after church) speaks for itself in the above slide show...enjoy!

Morgan visits Isabelle's new bedroom...Wow!

great blog, Mimi. I enjoyed looking at the pictures and reading the captions! Very funny. We, too, had a great day.
Thanks for a sweet memory. And thanks to the Falcons for a Monday night game! We enjoyed having g-diddy present both mind and body........just glad someone navigated our way out of there.

Just a note on those two football games played by Ford and Joe. I should add that Mike and Joe attended Ford's game which was at Marist, near Joe's house. Although Ford's team lost to Marist, Ford played in all 4 quarters, at wide receiver and on kick-offs. Ford never backs off from contact, even when his opponent is much larger. Joe seems to always draw the biggest lineman on the opposing team and just keeps hitting and blocking for the entire game. Joe plays guard on offense and tackle on defense. He was on the field for every play. He also kicked-off and really did a good job. His team, which is undefeated this year, won a squeaker, but kept their opponents from scoring a single point! They seem headed for a spot in the play-offs. After sitting for most of Saturday at the games, I walked miles through the very tall corn maze on Sunday which was a hot, dry and sunny day. The course we selected was at least 2.5 miles, if no wrong turns were taken, and we took a few, until Andrew, Emily and William took charge and led us to each check-point and the exit, after about 2 hours. Then we went to check on Northcroft and drove home. It was a busy and happy weekend with our Atlanta grandchildren. Love to all, from Grandad.

Looks like the Croft, Regas and
Sabonis-Chafee's had a great week-
end. I don't think I could take
the corn maze in hot weather.
But a great outing for children
to share with not only parents but
grandparents.
I would like a slumber party in
Isabelle's bedroom.
MORE,
Nana
